Telecom companies shares mixed at 10 a.m.

NEW YORK (AP) --
Shares of some top telecom companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:

AT&T Inc rose $.15 or .7 percent, to $23.15.
Qwest fell $.01 or .3 percent, to $3.18.
Sprint Nextel fell $.08 or 2.4 percent, to $3.24.
Verizon rose $.26 or .9 percent, to $28.41.
