Retireat40 & All, with PNOT...

I’m still around, but I have just been a little busy and a little under the weather as of late. I’m a little behind on posts, emails, PMs, etc.

Earlier this evening, I spoke to Bart Schade per the guy in the PR link below:

He informed me that IP Video Networks is not Path 1 Network Technologies. I asked him about the two websites taking you to the same location as indicated by clicking on them both below:

He said that they acquired the Path 1 assets, but had not acquired Path 1. I asked if Path 1 was still under them as a division or subsidiary. He said yes, but that they still did not have anything to do with them. I didn't get that answer, but I continued asking questions for clarity. The answers to further questions I asked further confused me although I think I know what he was trying to say.

I told him that Path 1 Network Technologies is the name of the public entity that trades under the ticker of PNOT. I asked him if he was telling me that Path 1 does not exist as it is listed under the publicly trading ticker as PNOT? He told me that he is not telling me that because he does not know what is going on with that situation. He said that all he can tell me is that IP Video Networks does not and is not trading under the ticker of PNOT. He told me that IP Video Networks is a private company. He said again that he does not know what is going on with Path 1 and the publicly trading company that trades as PNOT so he would rather not speak on it. I asked if he knew of anyone that I could talk to that might could provide me the answers to further questions about what is going on with PNOT as a public company and he said that he does not know who to put me in contact with.

On one hand he spoke as if PNOT was just an empty shell, but then on another hand he spoke as if it was not empty because of having Path 1 under it that exists as a company and exists as a division under them, but without having anything to do with them. I thanked him for his time and hung up. He confirmed that IP Video Networks is not Path 1 Networks Technologies, but he also confirmed that something is going on with the PNOT entity/shell, but that he is just not aware of what for what is happening.

Because of the share structure that has been confirmed, I will continue to hold and look to quietly add on dips and see this as a long term hold for now with some “long” risk for rewards that I think will one day pay off. From my due diligence (DD), I feel comfortable in knowing that something “might” be going on that could prove to be worth the risk. I urge all to do your own DD and weigh your decisions for investing or not.

Please, Bart was a nice and courteous guy, but I urge all to call and see if they get anything different if they like at 1- 858-366-4391. Bart also made it very clear that he is not speaking from a Path 1 perspective. So, if anyone actually speaks to anyone who is from Path 1, please post their comments on the matter.
