Same here they say "PayChest Inc. Announces New Patents for Flushaway" in big bold letters then they proceed to say this

"As a result of these advancements, new patents for this design have been applied for and are pending approval."

Lol they don't give you the #'s of the applications so you can't read that they taking about an old applications of CES.
Releasing the # is no security risk once applied for they protected,everyone knows that.


"The patents are initially owned by a third party with the agreement that the Company has the first right of refusal to buy these and associated rights. The patent numbers will not be disclosed at this time for competitive reasons."

More funniness is that they tell you that they don't even own them...lol they could buy them if they want.

lol..I guess the 3rd party will shop these ultra secret patents around and then give PYCT first right of refusal..

So the PR header should of read

PayChest Inc. Announces first right of refusal to buy New Patents for Flushaway upon Approval!!
