I am backed with one simple FACT, past to present, there is no charge pending against AREO for any illegal activity, none what so ever, nor have there been any convictions made from any past claims against them, none.
Just because it is said on a message board or other allegation made doesn't make it stick.
It is a fiduciary responsibility for attorneys on both client, claimant side as well as the Judge involved to report any illegal activity, which would include SEC any violations, that has been broken or abused. It is also the responsibility of the SEC and\or the FBI, including State and Local authorities to investigate every claim made to them from and including individual claims of illegal activity regarding AERO. In three years of receiving and investigating each and every complaint, tell me what has been charge against AERO by any Local, State or Government Agency, nothing, zip, nada.........
Any conviction's to a past charge would be FACT, it is public record an information and nothing has been found anywhere, that is the only FACT here that cannot be disputed.
Agent1107 it may be different in Canada or some other country but in the United States a person who is charged here is innocent until "proven" guilty. At this point here are the actual FACTS:
there are no findings of illegal activity performed by AERO. AERO has not been charged by any governmental agency, tried nor found guilty by any US Court system of any past allegations made against AERO including both, illegal activity or wrongdoings by any claim made public and private, including from and allegations made in the Miller Trust Suit against AERO from as far back as three years ago, absolutely none.
This is the only "provable" FACT, anything else otherwise is just rumor mongering and hot air!
