(ENHT:enherent corp com ENHT 0.04, +0.01, +40.0%) (the "Company" or "enherent"), an Information Technology Consulting Services and Solution provider, announced today it has signed an OEM agreement with IBM (IBM:International Business Machines IBM 96.14, +4.23, +4.6%) to deliver enhanced enterprise risk management capabilities using IBM Content Analyzer.
ISELIN, N.J., Nov 14, 2008 - Net income decreased by approximately $135,000 to $159,000, or $0.00 per diluted share, for the nine months ended September30, 2008 as compared to net income of approximately $294,000, or $0.00 per diluted share, for the comparable nine months ended September30, 2007.
During the nine months ended September 30, 2008, the Company invested approximately $385,000 in start up costs in developing our entry into the Text Analytics Solutions Market. Although this adversely affected our performance for this period, we believe it will turn out to be a strong opportunity for future growth."
