As to the BDGR bankruptsy, that wasnt Lanzas doing, there has been a group of shareholders who have been trying to wrestle the company away from Lanza for over a year, they are now engaged in a BOD fight over who actually controls the entity, the group trying to toss Lanza out, with the help of some board members they were able to seat, filed the bankruptsy in an attempt to force a take over of the company, as well as to force Lanza to answer some touchy questions under oath, unfortunately, they failed miserably.
As to recovery or criminal convictions on Lanza, he is a person who is very skilled and practiced at finessing the system and more importantly, keeping his name off of any hard assets of value. As I see it, his operation is set up to profit on the control and use of assets, especially disputed ones, instead of actually owning them, then, just to make things more difficult, most of the net profit that is generated by those assets is used to service debts and compensation expenses due to a bunch of other Lanza controlled entities, thus adding a whole another dimension to the mix.
Personally, I think Lanza will be long time dead of natural causes before justice ever catches up with him.
