ETNL: For those not up to speed here's the skinny on this little penny, soon OTCBB, gem, imo....

Originally formed in Nevada but dissolved and formed in Delaware. Stock began trading in Mar 2006..nothing prior to that matters....Opened 504 in 2006 and finished it in Feb 2007...NICE $$$$ from .0006 to .0055ish (high .008ish)...2007 did toxic financing and ambushed us with a R/S in Jan 2008...Shareholders revolted and management has done everything possible to get it fixed and company up and running including a reorganization....last share structure move is supposed to make company debt free NOW…that’s the stock history.

A/S 800mil....477mil O/S...float 190mil? (Not exact as restricted are freeing this year...not complaining...in a billion$ industry)....
Insiders hold about 284mil restricted!!! 140mil (?) up to sell per SEC regulations so no dumping, but no form 4s filed to date

Batesville is our biggest competitor @ 60mil and above $16pps....
