Here is some interesting DD.
You will recall that a short while back there was some discussion about whether or not ASFX had any real assets.

I found this in an older pr,
"NEWS FLASH: American Scientific Resources Inc. recently acquired the assets of Ulster Scientific Inc."

The New Paltz address appears to be the same address used by Ulster before the merger.
In the 06/07 filing the company states ASFX was paying 14,583.33 per month rent for the facility. So who owned the building before the merger and who owned it afterward. It has been suggested to me, the facility is co-owned by Tirotta and one or two other directors.
I wonder if ASFX funds might have been used to purchase this facility?
