I am banking on the synergy working. CHA has the know how, the staff and resources to take this project into trials. I especially like their majority ownership status so they can make decisions as they feel necessary. ACTC has yet to get over the hump and into any clinical trials. They are having a tough time meeting their goals/schedule of getting the IND's filed.

I hope to see ACTC file their IND soon for retinal pigmented epithelial (RPE) cell therapy. The pre-IND was completed about a year ago.
