Hmmm, interesting stuff out there about Lazar Kauderer. From reading the Ele Blog, it appears that Lazar is that one that went amiss a little bit. Dude appears to have gotten in over his head after he got too successful.

Edit: Here's the interesting part - footnote 22 Lazar Kauderer joined LH Ross in October 2003, ten months after pleading guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. He was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment in March 2004. (CX-204; CX-205; CX-424.)
