well so much for my 6 week timeline, the conference will be held on March 11th, then Toyota has to March 31st to respond..
maybe we get a surprise news release sooner to keep interest from waining..

ORDER
This cause comes before the Court on Defendants’ unopposed motion for enlargement of
time to answer the complaint and Defendants’ motion to defer answering the complaint until
after the Fed. R. Civ. P. 16 conference (doc. 52). Plaintiff does not oppose an enlargement of
time for Defendants to respond to the complaint through January 30, 2009, but does oppose
deferral of the filing of Defendants’ response to the complaint until after the Rule 16 conference.
To better facilitate these proceedings, however, the preferred course of action is to defer
Defendants’ filing of a responsive pleading until after the Rule 16 conference. Accordingly, it is
hereby
ORDERED:
1. Defendants’ motion to defer answering the complaint (doc. 52) is GRANTED.
2. A Rule 16 conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on March 11, 2009 at the Sam
Gibbons United States Courthouse, 801 N. Florida Avenue, Courtroom 11B, Tampa, FL 33602.
The parties should come prepared to discuss the topics identified in the Court’s Order of
December 11, 2008 (doc. 49)

3. Defendants shall file a responsive pleading on or before March 31, 2009.
4. The parties shall submit their joint chart outlining the topics identified in the Court’s
