Hey Frank... where's your corporate banking? My lawyer searched the U.S.A. and could not find a bank account for Golden Dragon Holdings, Inc., f/k/a Diamond Powersports, Inc. How are you financing all these activities w/o a bank account? I guess that's another $1,500 added to your bill Frank!!!!!!!!

You shareholders need to sell this stock as it appears that Frank is a total fraud.
