I received a very nice email from Galo this evening. I was sooo hoping that I would. He even mentioned the ordeal Jan has gone thru today. Seeing how he has to read the MB to get the full story of some of these phone calls, he knows a lot of our positions on the board and are mindset.
I don't usually feel the need to post the whole email, but was encouraged by another shareholder to let you all in on this one!
You all know me well enough now to know I was very excited by this latest email! Bash away....as I will hold!

Dear Kimi, I can assure you that Mr. Ingala and myself are as equally disappointed with the non-sale of the Company all though in the end we believe we made the correct decision. Mr.Ingala a Vietnam Veteran has devoted 26 years of his life along with Mr. Kushner (now retired) building Baron International into a very sizable Company. We are fully aware of a select group of people being instigated by one person in particular who would like to cause financial harm to the Company and our shareholders through the use of falsehoods and misinformation via message boards, unfortunately the harm that they are trying to inflict is misdirected as the instigator believes they are hurting a Mr. Hayter who has nothing to do with this Company at all except for the fact he sold us the publicly traded Company (shell). Kimi, I have been bombarded with emails and phone calls to our answering service, let alone the secretarys at Baron, they can not do their work as they are getting harrased by shareholders or by these folks constantly while being cursed at and threatened. I spoke with Jan the secretary today to ask her what she may or may not have said and I can tell you the lady was almost in tears from the way she has been treated, let alone the fact that she explained to me "she has not said anything of the kind that is being attributed to her because she does not know anything, she's just a secretary", keep in mind she works for Mr. Ingala she is not privy to executive dealings etc. This is where I get annoyed someone used an innocent employee as a pawn for their own agenda, I would like them to try that with myself or Mr. Ingala. I find myself more and more spending time on issues that do not put money in anyone's pocket. I believe that the shareholders who decided to invest their money in our Company deserve answers and they will get them, but heck I am answering emails at 6am in the morning before going to work. Needless to say, lets get to the real nitty gritty, news is forthcoming regarding the dividend payment and distributions we ran into some difficulties with the holidays and Finra scheduling etc., I accept the blame as it was my lack of knowledge that caused me to announce things before they were scheduled properly as I felt somewhat preassured to produce for the shareholders after the non-sale occurred. Needless to say if I have been long winded my apology, as it irritates me that someone would use an innocent employee (and we do have more then (5) myself, Jan and Mr. Ingala represent (3) so I guess the rest of the Company runs with (2) employees in the future just alert me in advance, Cris just give me the short winded version. Although I am disappointed in the deal not going thru on Barons....I decided that I would leave my investment in BIHC and see what could be done in the near future as it looks like Barons has lots of potential. I was wondering if you have any plans for the PPS in the Near future. I am with a group of investors who own 20 mil shares......I have been trying to keep everyone motivated. I of course wouldn't trade places with you for anything as I know the last months decisions must have been hard and stressfull. I was wondering if we would be able to get updates from you on your site in the presidents letter as several people get emails from you but that leaves a lot of room for the bashers to attack although you do not say anything that could help or hurt anyone. Of course most people see them for what they are on the message boards....bashers that is....but the help in the mindset would do wonders for the shareholders. This is just a suggestion as I am a public relations and public speaker. I am hoping for news soon on divi, but understand these things take time. Know that we are pulling for you and hope to see big things in the future!
