LFGRQ - Check this out:

I am in the mortgage business and about a month ago we received notices from all of the top lenders - Wells Fargo, CountryWide, etc... to stop using LandAmerica fo title orders.
This was obviously because of the BK.

But - on 12/31 we received notices from all of them that we could now use LandAmerica for title orders again. Looks like is it business as usuall and certainly supports the notion that the Q may be removed soon.

At .09 this could be a monster play - stock was $4.00 a month ago. Buying big here.
