Mike Fletcher, with the AS Increase...

Usually, within the penny stock market, the increase of the Authorized Shares (AS) for any stock is not a good sign. It is almost always usually a sign of dilution.

I still believe in BLDV, but the increase in the AS was not a positive thing. Since it was increased to 900 million shares and not some amount much higher, maybe a certain amount of shares are needed for something. That's only a guess though as it appears that some dilution for whatever the reasons have transpired. I am hoping that we will see some news to explain why the increase transpired. Thanks for posting that info as I will update the IBox.
