Earnest, this change in share structure is alarming to say the least. I know you are of the opinion that the old gang are in control. For a moment if you can imagine this is not the case, and there truly is a new team. Would there be any positive strategic reason for doing this, assuming this new team has the majority of outstanding shares? I'm asking you this because you seem to know what you're talking about.

I must admit the way it's trading now, it's not looking good.
