I'm having a great time here, thanks! KKRS got hit hard when ECNC's trading was halted. Then drifted down some more, and in last week's crash got nearly down to 1 (from high of 7 5/8). Recovered to 1 1/2, looks good from here.

Tom's appointment to KKRS board was announced before ECNC trading halt. KKRS responded by putting Tom's appointment on hold until the SEC inquiry is completed. My opinion is the SEC will have something other to say than "Everything looks good, sorry to have bothered you" and Tom will not be on KKRS board.

Deals are in place. One of them was for free stuff from ECNC, which may or may not happen depending on ECNC's prosperity (and possibly on whether or not Tom gets on KKRS board). Others look solid.
