Questions for the company under the microscope:
1-What's the Outstanding Shares? (OS)
2-What's the Float?
3-Questions pertaining to any press releases (PRs)
4-Any Convertible Debentures or any form of dilution transpiring or anticipated?
5-If not fully reporting, when are they planning on becoming such?
6-What are the revenue/profit projections?
7-What are the profit margins (Earnings if any.)?
8-What makes your product/process unique
9-Do you have any patents (Intellectual Property)? Will they hold under scrutiny?
10-What type of funding do you have?
11-When do you anticipate being cash-flow positive?
12-Who is your competition?
13-How will you take market share from your competition?
14-How will you add value to existing shareholders?
15-What have been your major obstacles, and how will you overcome them?
16-What is your 5-year plan for the company?
17-Do you have any major companies as clients?
18-Are you planning on any forward or reverse splits? If so why?
The primary objective is not to give us any and all stocks for us to do your DD for you. The primary objective is for the individuals listed above to go out to the company requested to seek standard answers for the standard questions above and bring back to the forum so we all can make a rational decision. This will only be done upon request and if they can work such into their schedule.
Although we all might not agree with each other from the info returned, it will help us to better understand the risks that we will be getting involved with as investors/traders to rationally decide from the facts, non-facts, potential, speculation, etc. Just remember to don t shoot the messengers as we inform each other.
