No, the theory is they're taking a treatment that is already being used on humans and applying it to dogs. That's the theory.
They have no facilities that can provide bone marrow transplants, no new treatments, and the "Pet Screen" test that they've been trumpeting the last few PR's has been so discredited that Pet Screen, ltd. no longer puts its test results on its web page.

NCSU recently had equipment donated to provide bone marrow transplants for dogs, primarily because the equipment is so expensive and the demand so low, NCSU couldn't afford to buy the equipment. NCSU will only treat one dog a month. Hardly the type of volume you build a business on.

Dr. Jeff Bryan, who was going to be on the medical board of directors for PHMB, has been quoted as saying "this treatment will remain in the academic field for the next 10 years"
In other words, he doesn't see a tremendous potential for a profitable business. No doubt the failed pet store owner (twice) who is the CEO of this farce knows better. LOL
