VimpelCom to Release Third Quarter 2008 Financial and Operating Results on Tuesday, November 25, 2008

MOSCOW and NEW YORK, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Open Joint Stock Company "Vimpel-Communications" ("VimpelCom" or the "Company") (NYSE: VIP) a leading provider of telecommunications services in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) today announced that it will webcast its conference call on its third quarter 2008 financial and operating results on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. Moscow time (10:30 a.m. ET).


The conference call will be hosted by Alexander Izosimov, Chief Executive Officer.
