it was crazy, LSRH still remains our wholly owned subsidiary and they control LSUK

they said that the economic interest was assigned to LSRH

LSRH has 100% voting shareholder interest in LSUK

in order for Canopius Holdings UK Ltd to acquire LSUK, they have to acquire the voting shareholder interest of LSRH

and who controls 100% voting shareholder interest in LSRH -- it's TWKGQ
