First, you said the other day that the 5.1% owner could pull DTC sheets but all I have read says that ONLY officers of the company can do that;

Certainly they would not be sharing that info with only a few and not everyone? Again, if there was proof of the Naked Short, show it so SPNG stock can skyrocket.

Secondly, the RM Enterprises/ SPNG agreement. The SEC filings show that Fiscal 2008 through July 28, 2008, SPNG exchanged 404,843,467 shares for cash. RM reported holdings of 257,023,892 shares on July 28, 2008.

157,359,355 shares either vanished from RM or were sold. Do you think that every share that RM ever received they kept and never sold any? Refer back to the SEC filings.

Third, the O/S in the middle of October was 809 million as of the record date of the Schedule 13. Everyone here knows it was at least 849 million by the time that SPNG gagged the Transfer Agent shortly after that. As long as A/S is still 950,000,000 SPNG cannot issue more shares than that.

Fourth, buying back 267 million shares @ .02 would cost $5,340,000. 660 million = $13,200,000. As I have stated, with all of the $$ they are spending compared to what they are selling; there is no cash to do it. You cannot legally sell discounted stock to yourself to obtain cash to buy back stock to pay yourself either.

Lastly, RM works independently from SPNG even though it is the same people. Is it improbable that could make an outside deal for their stock for cash? If not, why? Since it is so difficult to read that other board; was Mazuma contacted?
