Good Evening Derek ... With NITE on the bid and ask and the PPS is in a holding pattern, with low volume and OBV going up could very well be a big buyer buying registered shares. Watch for NITE to jump higher on the ask before the PPS goes higher, or if NITE jumps lower on the bid the PPS will have a pull back, usually to the area NITE is setting lower on the bid.
