Mkinhaw, to answer that IFRX question...

With IFRX, I ordered and paid for a copy of their REGDEX through Thomson Reuters Research Services. They scan the documents for the SEC. One can reach them at 1-800-638-8241 to have them email you the document in PDF format. It costs $30 and it takes about one hour for it to arrive.

It is not a 504 placement for shares to be dumped. It's always good to make sure though as usually when a REGDEX is filed, it’s a 504 for a company to dump $1 million worth of shares within a 12 month period. Instead, it’s a 506 REGDEX filed for a private offering for five Accredited Investors and three Non-accredited Investors (8 total) to purchase warrants to buy $250,000 worth of common shares. According to the SEC rules, these shares will be restricted for at least one year:
http://www.sec.gov/answers/rule506.htm
…” Purchasers receive "restricted" securities, meaning that the securities cannot be sold for at least a year without registering them. …

From looking through their 8-K filed below on 31 Jul 08, it looks like the price they will be allowed to exercise their warrants to purchase these shares is at the .02 share price:

The REGDEX was nothing more than a very vague repeat of what was in the 8-K above. I'm thinking that the REGDEX was done also to show a change in the amount of investors going from a total of six investors to a total of eight investors. Also, since IFRX is an OTCBB stock and not a pink sheets stock, they probably also filed it to abide by SEC rules for such an offering to private investors to purchase shares as explained in the SEC link above too.

The way I see it, these investors that are involved to execute the warrants to purchase these shares at .02 per share must know something to where .02 per share is considered buying shares at a discount and not at a premium.

I think IFRX is greatly undervalued here at these levels from looking at the video. This is a must listen demonstration of how the technology of IFRX works. It builds to a climax on elaborating on its importance to the world and explains why more than just their current customers being the DOD, IRS, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, the US Air Force, and the US Navy will continue to have a serious need for their technology:
