Organic Growing Systems, Inc. Announces Completion of Capacity Upgrades

Three Separate Production Lines Now Fully Operational


ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Organic Growing Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: AGWS - News) today announced the completion of significant capacity upgrades at their facility in Monticello MS in anticipation of the rapidly growing demand in multiple regions of the United States for their organic fertilizer products.

Organic fertilizer manufacturing capacity is being increased from 20 tons per day to over 150 tons per day. “Our goal is to finalize our output at plus or minus 200 tons per day; ten times our past capacity with this current upgrade. Everything has been completed as far as the equipment upgrades, however we are working through the tiresome process of test, tune and refinement. I would like to see 15-20% (2-3 truck loads per day) of capacity by the middle of next week, 25-40% (3-4 truck loads per day) of capacity within 3 weeks and 50-75% (5-7 truck loads per day) capacity by the end of November, early December. We will then evaluate our feedstock supplies on a local level to determine the feasibility of additional Mississippi upgrades,” stated Mark Nichols, President and CEO of Organic Growing Systems, Inc.

Nichols added, “The upgrades we have made are numerous and take us from reliance on one small line feeding into one gas powered dryer, to three much larger, state of the art lines that can feed to either our gas powered dryer or our much larger electric powered convection oven dryer. Down time for repairs and maintenance will be less frequent and less costly as each line can run independently of the others minimizing both our production dependence and risk.”
