Nice post. If one believes the markets will ultimately recover from the current downturn, this seems like a good play.

The rails will assume greater and greater importance in the economical transport of finished goods and and raw materials alike.

The sectoral exposure is broader than it appears at first glance, touching rail transport of course, but also mining, oil and gas, and marine barge services as well. Good candidate for LT growth imo.
