The Agreement between the Government of Belize and Blue Diamond Ventures is still very much alive and is expected to be consummated shortly.

The surveys of the land has been completed and the proposed sale has been endorsed by the new Cabinet of Belize. [b/]

The Government of Belize is the currently processing the amendments to the land titles to take into account the parcels to be sold to BLDV this process should be finished in the next two weeks or so.

BDVL has throughout maintained strong interest in completing the land transactions and the commencement of the Project.

The delays was entirely on the part of the Government of Belize.

Please disregard completely Mr. Osorio's email which was issued without any authority!

No developments so far as we have not heard anything from Blue Diamond. I believe the Government would have to give Blue Diamond an ultimatum before the deal is called off. However, I don not see BD pressing for a quick conclusion to this matter.

And last question: have you heard anything from Blue Diamond lately because it seems like this stalemate has been going on for quite some time now. If they don't buy soon will the property go up for sale to another bidder?
