Ok CGRenk, - Glad you brought up a valid point supported by an actual quote.

The share price sucked then (relative to when I bought it), and the share price sucks now.

There has been a lot of water flow under the bridge since then, but since you asked, I'll give you the "thumbnail sketch" version of why I think the share price is where it is today.

Firstly, share price does not exist in a vacuum. There are many reasons, contributing greater or lessor influences at any point in time.

I'll start with the company, which many (including myself) feel could have done a lot to stem the erosion of share value.

I think we all agree the company could present itself better to the public, and do a better job keeping shareholders informed. To Remedy:

1.Bring financial information up to date, PR the Fact.

2.Update and tweak the Allenergy web page as necessary to improve presentation and include current financial information, production information, general lease locations, percentage of interest our leases. PR. Website update.

3.Become current again with Pink Sheets to remove Stop Sign, caveat emptor warnings and so forth. Another PR opportunity

4. Report Production. Bring shareholders current with production, including brief description of location, special circumstances, percent of ownership, monthly/quarterly expectation/results, and general plans for how the company intends to strategically grow in the long term. PR opportunity.

5. Include TA contact information on the revised web page to include Phone number, address, contact person, outstanding shares and so forth.

6. Q and A web site option. The revised web page should include a field to ask specific questions for Larry or Rex as appropriate, with the answers posted for future reference. The ideal "Frequently Asked Questions" section is best written by the PUBLIC not some PR guy. Obviously if the same question keeps coming up (and it hasn't been answered) this is an issue.
It should be remembered that certain information is proprietary, and shareholders are NOT entitled it if it would damage the companies negotiations or some similar situation.

7. POLICY shift. As noted in my last post, there should grow a realization that Larry and Rex should continue to do what they do best, but cannot neglect or ignore the parts of running a public company they don't know as much about. If it means making an allowance for somebody to handle that, it should be considered a necessary allowance, just as important to the health of the company as the work going on out in the field.

8. Concurrently with the above, Press releases should be planned and managed to coincide with progress the company IS making, and strategically support and document the companies growth stages. It is my belief that with the above shifts in emphasis, the share price would correlate to progress.

I believe the company is making progress.
I believe Larry and Rex are men of integrity, with a blend of skills and weaknesses like anybody else.
I believe the company will ultimately make us money.

Amidst the blend of factors exerting varying degrees of interest, at varying times, there are external forces affecting all securities (including Allenergy} that I think would be either naive, ignorant, or uninformed to totally disavow.

MM's. You correctly pointed out that I believe the MM's manipulate share price well beyond their purported function would suggest, for their own gain, independent of free market market forces. IN short, they mess with it on the way up, and they mess with it on the way down, but they do the real damage when a stock is languishing.Their shannagins take more time to explain then I want to spend here, but if you don't know some of the BS I'm talking about already, my explaining it to you isn't going to do any good.

Message Board Posters. Most of us use IHUB and similar sites to find out information about companies of interest. It is but one leg in the DD process, but a valuable one none the less.

Continued baseless bashing by an individual will raise "red flags" to many who would otherwise possibly be interested. That has an influence on share price if they decide against.

The Swarm. Several individuals, working independently to bash a stock will have the same effect as above, but with compounding effect.

The Pack. Several individuals, working in concert will compound the effect exponentially, driving the share price lower.

The negative posters in this example are always a presence, they alert each other by code, and on other "neutral boards" where their strategies cannot be observed, swarm or pack together should positive news come out, to step up the attack. New posters (investors) are attacked if they make positive or hopeful remarks. The ceo, business plan, personnel, are attacked repeatedly and longs who stand up are labeled and attacked to destroy credibility. In this example it is the ongoing nature rather than any individual attack that does the damage to share value.

The result of these tactics is a lower share price, and I think they are second only to the companies own omissions as to the reason the share price is where it is. It's hard to assign blame on a 51/49 percent or a 60/40 percent to quantify in a way like that, but I think it would be a mistake to say there is no influence that way at all.

Against this backdrop of reasons, let me suggest that overall market conditions of late have not helped matters any either.

Glad you went back into the "archives" to find something to object to. July 07 ... Interesting. Didn't see you around.

GLTA !!
