Can't spell it Nsomniak?? contest

AMLJ - numbers support a higher price, but there is big potential move in their subsidiary MicaTech which monitors energy grid flows. I think electric grid will be one of next crises and I'm looking for microcaps that would benefit. This one should.

AUY - gold - I'm not a gold bug, but I started to buy when everyone was saying gold run was over. Read the headlines and there's a strong argument for having some gold and this one seems very well run. This one is Brazil exposure. South America was hot 6 months ago and now not so hot, good time to take contrarian view and wait for the wind to change. It's been a decent mover the past week or two.

DWT - this moves very quickly. See the chart. It's all down with oil coming down. Shipping Baltic, etc., infrastructure energy play. I think this can move very quickly so good one for both trade and short term contest I hope LOL.

FPP - has been my favorite play for oil and gas micros. I've had several great trading runs with it. It has to be traded, buy now at lows and sell when the services pick it up and oil is at 147. Tiny float and CEO has a huge block he eventually would like to cash out. If oil runs, then this has a shot. It's cheaper for oil companies to be bought than to find new oil these days so I expect to see this taken over at some point.

HLB.to = HLSRF.pk - similar to my logic with FPP, but this is a Canadian Junior COAL play. Terrible management but a real good chance that they will be saved and do very well given the huge contractual and spot price increases in coal. Even if they stumble, this could be a $3 stock. Look at the chart and see the moves up and down, not for the feint of heart.

ZINC - it's a Motley Fool board favorite, has gotten tanked with zinc prices. China and others are cutting down given the price dump so I think the cycle, which can be fast, will start again. Management actually seems pretty decent and price supportive.
