Nsomniyak Challenge....

Below is some brief DD on each of my picks along with links to a board (where applicable) with much more detailed DD:

VBDG - They are guiding for EPS of at least $0.07/share over the last six months of 2008 due to profitability for the year. My calculations suggest that their earnings will be in the range of $0.11-$0.17 for the six month period. I believe the stock will be a multi-bagger from the current stock price of $0.38.

ALIF - ALIF is a rapidly growing game and software producer for cell phones. They had diluted EPS of $0.055/share last quarter yet last traded at only $1.40. They have four recently released games as outlined by the following post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=32120241 I believe they will continue to grow earnings and revenue.

EGMI - EGMI is guiding for diluted EPS of $0.10 for 2008 and $0.14 for 2009. They last traded at $0.619. They have a new high powered Chairman with a great background and also just signed a new deal which may increase the guidance above.

IECE - The mid point of their fiscal Q4 (Sept. Quarter) guidance implies before tax EPS of $0.07. They have been showing tax credits so the actual EPS may be higher. Also, their fiscal 2009 revenue guidance implies EPS of at least $0.37/share in pre-tax income if margins remain the same. I think margins could improve as they have much integration to do yet on their acquisition of Val-U-Tech. Also, they are expecting to continue to grow their core business by 15%/year as well as grow via acquisitions. Based upon the information above I believe the stock is cheap at $2.09.

DAAT - DAAT is guiding for net profits between $0.11 and $0.13 for 2008. This represents significant growth from 2007 where they had EPS of $0.06. With commodity prices coming down and exchange rates improving their margins may expand further enabling them to beat guidance. Also, they have a very nice share structure. IMO the stock is cheap at $0.80.

AVSO - They announced preliminary numbers in late August for diluted EPS of $0.15 for their year ending June 30, 2008 and Q4 diluted EPS of $0.03/share. They are expected to continue to grow in fiscal 2009.
