MDVX.OB - Just filed another suit against AOL for trademark infringement. The original lawsuit filed against the AOL/Tacoda Platform A advertising network is headed to court or will be settled in the next two months.

BSIC.OB - Small O+G play. Market cap of only $25M yet they are playing in one of the hottest areas in the US.

CAGC.OB - Recent numbers were below expectations but long term agriculture is going to be huge. PE 4.

CDE - They will be the largest silver producer in 2009 and their gold mine in Alaska may finally open in 2009. Depends on the price on Silver.

TMR - Natural gas. Hard to say where it could go?
