Xin Net Corp. Announces Reverse Split of Common Stock

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 20, 2004 /Xinhua-PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Xin Net Corp., (OTC Bulletin Board: XNET) announced today that shareholders have approved a pro-rata reverse split of its common stock. The reverse split will be advantageous to the company and its shareholders, as it provides the flexibility for the company to aggressively pursue the business opportunities in China's fast-growing mobile markets.
The company has filed a pro-rata reverse split of its common stock, by which each three shares would become one share. The effective date of the reverse split will be 20 days following the date of the mailing of this notice. Shareholders are entitled to fractional shares as a result of the reverse split will have the fractional shares rounded up to the nearest whole share.
