Here's one scenario imo

Bid of 8.5m announced - BAM! Marek gets back some street cred and the pps runs up to it's high. People are still timid to get in higher than that level.

Timber bid comes through, pps pushes past .001.

Delay in the action....IHUBBERs do their DD and what's that? No DILUTION!?!?! BAM! pps slowly rises close to .0015-.0017.

When we least expect it (and that is hard cuz we expect a pr everyday), BAM! a PR about the Natural Gas, and we are off to penny land!
