NSOM challenge picks
TSTA - Makes pollution control equipment. The company did just over 2 million in revenue last quarter but should do between 5 and 6 million this quarter and turn profitable. Contracts have been signed at a torrid pace lately so numbers should bet progressively better. This is also going to fit nicely with the politics of investing if democrats look to win big. A huge run is possible if it catches peoples attention.
ZAGG - Picked this up scanning picks from PSL9. The company makes protective coverings for electronic devices. They had a huge order surge for the IPhone 3g, will benefit from entry into best buy and an expansion of their kiosk program. Guidance was recently raised and I am expecting near 100% sequential revenue growth and EPS of up to .05 a share.
AYSI - been discussed ad nauseum but they had what appears to be a large unshipped order last Q. Combine that with seasonal strength in the current quarter plus good news looming in the JV and the plant expansion and you have 3 significant news events to drive it higher. I believe the upcoming quarter is going to be a blowout and will push the stock to new records.
AVSO - Had a huge suprise reporting eps of .03 in their seasonally worst quarter. Should get some recognition and move up from its current price around 1.00
VII - Earned .11 last quarter against a share price a bit over 5. The company has grown their backlog to levels not seem in some time which historically was a very good proxy for future results. I believe earnings may come in around .20 a share which is impressive for a company with almost 2 dollars a share in cash trading under book value.
DAAT - Company is guiding for EPS of .10 to .12 over the next 6 months and their reported orders for July bear that out. Seems very cheap under .80
