I talked to Kurt Hughes at the TA for 15 minutes yesterday. He didn't ask me anything nor is there a gag on anyone. We have about 3.5Mm in convertible debt with one lender. Do the math, they can never have more than a 5% position in the company. It would take them 185 years to trade out. They have converted about 15MM shares this year. They would love the price to go back to .25, which is where they did the deal with us. There is obviously someone buying and selling huge blocks but it is not NIR. When we took over the company there were old shareholders out there whom still had stock. It could be all of them leaving town. I believe there are only about 95MM shares in the float but don't hold me to that. I am getting an accurate count form the TA by the end of the week.
