Open Discussion 7:30pm, issues regarding the recent reverse split, increased authorized shares, shareholder value, discussion on CEO's handling of company (confidence), and recent purchases.

Special guest appearance, 8:00pm Jack Forbes, of PPRA holdings, he will detail specifically how he reads what the company is doing, and what direction the company is heading. Jack has over 30 years of experience and has been personally involved in over 60 major corporate transactions.
