well 5% is 50 mil...a significant amount but not that much for well heeled investors...2 could tie up almost 100 mil...
its all smoke and mirrors anyway...and i dont think they have to announce the next day after they reach 5%...

i still think the new investors if they have the clout can just tell the financiers to give up their shares and heres what we'll pay...
the financiers are part criminals anyway...they understand getting punked
