actually, taking a second look, i think you meant something a little different than i did...

i wasnt thinking of the financiers manipulating...i was thinking along the lines of the new investors having enough clout to get what they want...its not like they are muscling in on ibm...lol
we are after all talking about a sub penny stock...its not like the sec or anyone else would really care...
they might just tell the financiers just how much they are going to accept and just how much they are going to like it as well...

sort of a "we are buying and this is the price..get busy"
