PatD100, here’s how the ASFX profits work…

Toys”R”Us pays approximately $60.00 per laser thermometer. It costs ASFX approximately $34.00 to manufacture, package, and ship one laser thermometer to their customer. This is the cost for all “Net” Expenses too as I was asked to include such in such amount before it was given to me. This is included in that price too per thermometer for this contract and upcoming contracts that are currently being worked. ASFX will rapidly be debt free with this plan if they are not there already from some action that's been going on behind the scenes. You will see some of this later with other information that I will organize to post.

ASFX will receive “Gross Profits” of approximately $60.00 per thermometer from Toys”R”Us. Then after the $34.00 is taken out to capture ”All Expenses/Net Expenses” from the $60.00 of Gross Profits, approximately $26.00 of ”Pure Profit” or Net Income” is left per laser thermometer to be captured by ASFX.

Toys”R”Us will make their profit because of the volume of customers and recognition they already have in the market place. This is why they have already marked their price up approximately $40.00 higher than the $60.00 that they paid from ASFX. As you can see from the Toys”R”Us/Babies”R”Us website below, they are selling the ASFX laser thermometer for approximately $100.00 per laser thermometer:
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2664823

Toys”R”Us can get away with doing this because of the name they have earned within the marketplace. The average person walking into Toys”R”Us/Babies”R”Us will not know that they could go straight to the website of ASFX and get the laser thermometer cheaper. Heck, they probably won’t care and will probably buy it from Toys”R”Us/Babies”R”Us from seeing it right there immediately in sight. That’s the story with many of the products throughout many of the stores within the world.

This is why the Toys”R”Us contract was so huge and signed as an open-end contract. This contract with Toys”R”Us is why ASFX was able to receive the current financing and is why they can now write their ticket to receive any financing they need to significantly grow their company. This is what jumpstarted them. It’s a little complicated to completely understand the magnitude of what has just transpired, but once understood, the market should follow suit in seeing what we see in ASFX as an investment in my opinion.
