This is a repost of a email correspondance with Jack Baker posted by shawnobe on the htog board

Remember HTOG was late with their 10q filing.

I don't think you have to worry about updv not filing. Just when. And you know they had to wait for HTOG to file their report before updv could file theirs:

comments : Hello,

I am currently an investor with HTOG.

I have a few questions and a few comments if u have the time.

1) at what point will forward P/E be stated?

2) there is growing unrest with the current invstors based on the recently released 10Q (2nd Q) .. how will this be adressed to calm the waters so to say?

thank you.

as far as a comment.

Has the thought of releasing an announcement of share buy back come up? With NSS's on the prowl, tough economic times, and a current bear market, its believed that share buy backs are in large a very strong tool to reverse all those conditions.

Ive been investing in stocks for 13 years now and I fully understand dilution and the need for dilution to raise capital, however diluting an undervalued stock IMO doesnt make any sense.

If a share buy back is announced, it will strengthen the current investors and entice new investors which will raise PPS and shake out the NSS, also pushing HTOG into a bull situation.

then later as PPS increases HTOG can dilute nominally back in at a higher PPS which will cover for the original buy back, create excess liquidity and allow for increased growth which in turn will raise PPS value even higher.

after that a small dividend announcement will launch the PPS even higher (at a later date) then top off the cap of dilution without skipping a beat to cover leftover debt.

IMO this is a perfect play as HTOG is in growth phase and really need to grab the attention of its investors at this point.

Thanks for listening and hope to hear back.

this was the reply...

We have considered both and will reply later in the quarter.
I don't see any sanity in theMarket for months, recently.
