The preceding management team has been completely removed. It is estimated that the name change along with a new ticker symbol and Cusip number will be effective in approximately two weeks.

The company does not currently anticipate any reverse splits at this time, and believes its new current structure will allow for proper growth of the new company. The company has also completed its transition from Medical services to security product company, including the removal of all previous management and liabilities.
