At this point it is all SPECULATION! Snap Rep LLC is also involved somehow, they are not a public company. There are a lot of things that point to View Systems being involved. For all I know they are lending out some of their help to iCS so that they can make their transition to the public market easier. There is about a million ways this could go at this point, I am just showing the DD I've done and lending my opinion. Besides, it has never beens stated in any of the PRs that this was a R/M. It was a Corporate Restructuring and Business Transformation, in other words MIHS became iN Control Security through a change in company direction not R/M.
