I think it would be amazing for iCS to have a partnership with a company like Privaris. I was very excited when I came across the information about that company. As you say its difficult to really tell at this point exactly what direction they are going to take. I do believe though that Mr Wiebell has some impressive contacts in the security industry and I'm sure those will be incorporated into the current company on some level. I also believe the Snap Rep company is a very small piece of the puzzle. I dont think the business they do on their own would warrant going public as a company.

I do think that Mr Wiebell has more in mind than just being a distributor of security products. I believe it was alluded to in the last PR when they stated "With the technology and content finally complete, we are now looking to hire a mature and experienced leadership team. This team will take this ingenious product to the market with ease of acceptance." and "Wiebell will leverage his broad relationships and deep expertise in all categories of electronic security to transport iCS into a solid market position." The possibilities are endless for this company, imo.

Thats some great DD you've done as well! I think that Biometrics is especially interesting because its cutting edge technology. Honestly, I havent been this excited about a company in a while.

Here is another bit I found regarding Wiebell, mind this info was from 2007:
