It's not as big as it sounds. Billy runs the boat and crew, I supply the $ and dive. The Real Estate is easy because I bought a lot a few years ago, and I have a partner who owns 10% of that business who looks after it for me. We still have a few million is good assets there. The PR firm has been around for 12 years now and as a result I can operate it with my Utah staff. So I meet with them evey day and we go over what needs to be done and they get it done.. Lisa is really the linch pin as she keeps the bills, and recievables in line with each other. Could not run it without her. Randy really steps up with Deep Blue and my son inlaw fills any gaps that come up.

I get up at 5:am and try to get to the office by 6:30 or 7 and then I go to bed at 10 PM so I get lots of rest and enjoy my family. My wife lets me keep the cell phone on and that helps. I shut it off at 10 when I hit the hay.

As far as the filings go, the preliminary work is being done by Will Spencer a CPA here and then it gets handed off to a back east firm for the audits. We will be using The Lebrecht Group here in Utah to filethe form 10 and move us up. The lead market makers will most likely be Alpine and Wilson davis here in SLC.

Now as far as your action team is working on ORRV. There is no action to be taken until next year on June 3 2009. This is a pink sheet company and as such the stock is restricted for 12 months from the date of issue at which time it transfers from R144 to K stock, which is free trade. There will be a opinion of council posted on both websites at that time that any shareholder can use with their broker dealer or the transfer agent to free the stock. Because it is 1 year old on the 3 of June no R144 opinion should have to apply, it is auto matic K stock and thius free trade,,, assuming the SEC does not make a new law between now and then.

Oh also about the price movement of the stock. I'm buying shares not selling shares right now. Since the reverse I have purchased 7,000,000 shares in my own accounts and plan on purchasing another 20-30 millio over the next year if my cash flows will allow for it. In my personal accounts once I buy i'm locked out of selling for 6 months, actually that is not really true, the short swing violation would be if I sold shares within 6 months of buying them then I have to put any profits made from the sale of those shares into the company. It is against the law for me to personally profit from the sale of DPBE shares without a six month hold on open market purchases.

I do not think we have to sell any 504 D for at least 2 months as there is enough money in my compaines main accounts to keep DPBE going for 2 more pay periods provided the boat does not require major repairs. Stock sold from the treasury is different than stock sold by me personally. I have not sold a personal share of stock, the company has from time to time sold stock, but it only does that if my funds are tight. I know that is sort of stupid on my part becasue the company should really be made to stand on it's own 2 feet, but I knew going into this deal that I would have to help out. Once we are successful, the company can pay me back. Lisa keeps the books and when the audits come out, AUDITS, not guesses, you will be able to see where and how much cash I've put in. You will also be able to see the stock transfers so it will be a nice tell all for the shareholders.

I was sent a link from some body caliming that we were just pumping up the stock to make payroll this week. Deep Blue has not made it's own payroll for over a year. It has came from my company. But that is okay, the debt is there and someday it will be paid back, I can afford it even with people out there doing there best to try and stop me. I've actually had some of the bashers phone my other clients and make false and stupid statements to them.. It cost me one job, but the rest have been clients long enough that they know the truth and so they have stayed the course. I really think we are past the worst of that now. I wonder why this sort of crap goes on sometimes. I've kept the doors open and paid the bills and yet daily there are a few guiys who attack everything I do. As if by destroying me and Deep Blue theya re going to win some bet or it is going to make everyone's lives better for me to fail. I just don't get that mentality. I one time asked the leader of that group point blank, "how would you feel if followed you around and every day told lies about you , or 1/2 truths or critised everything you do on a public forum," He said he understood and would quit, he did not, just had to keep talking about things he knows really nothing about. Now when we are close it's interesting to see that they still are taking their stupid pot shots at me and DPBE. One day the stock price is to low, then it goes up to fast, then we are not on a real wreck, well yes they have a real wreck but there is nothing of value on it, just a bunch of artifacts made of pewter, silver, gold and wood,, just junk (all real junk from the war of independenc and 1782) But then they say well it really has no value, you don't see anyother treasure companies out there pulling up artifacts, Wilf is stupid for doing it..... The other guys would love to pull up artifacts, they can't becasue the worms have eaten them.... We have one of the best sites in the world. Then the next thing when I try to let the shareholders know what is going on and tell you about the bars we found, all the time saying they may or maynot be something good, again trying to be honest and up front, I accused of lying about that. It is getting old. But the best part is the job is the funnest thing I've ever spent my money on, and the stock is doing okay, and we have a great site and there are real shareholders in this company who care about the company and to heck with the critics. They almost to the man have never found a treasure and do not dive and are only having themselves on ina kind of mental rodeo.

So my plan is simple. Keep diving, bring up everything I find, keep buying stock as I can afford to and sell as little as posssible from the company. I hope to still be doing this job until the day I die. AS for the guys who whine... Sorry things are not working out for you the way you wanted to, but a lot of the price problems in the stock are created by your lies and whining... The real shareholders of DPBE are not the one whining...almost all of the bashers have little or no shares to speak of.
