wasn't to thrilled to see...

that majority of profit came from joint venture oversees - would like to see local operations account for bulk of earnings - which will hopefully be the case going forward. We'll see. Stock is slipping with little catalyst - so will wait until slides under $4 or get news on wind contract - whichever come first - then will buy.
