Well I guess this will be my final post on this stock. I sent an email to the firm that is mentioned on the "Important Info for Shareholders" link on the IPhone web site. Here is the email and the response. Looks like Chip, IPhone and our $$ are gone. If anyone has any additional info, or a game plan for recouping some of our collective investment, I'd love to hear it. Best of luck to all in your future investing endeavors.

I am sorry that iPhone2 has been unresponsive. Unfortunately, our firm is no longer representing them so I do not have any recent information. I am unaware of the identity of their new counsel, if any. The only advice I can give you is to continue trying their contact information on the website.

I am trying to obtain information on the status of a company called IPhone2, Inc. The President of the Company, Chip Greenberg, states on the Company website that the Company retained your firm to review all possible courses of action for the Company to resume trading of the Company's common stock.

There has been no communication from Mr. Greenberg with shareholders since March 2008 and there is a question among a group of sharedholders whether he is even still with the Company.



As a shareholder and therefore partial owner of the Company I am requesting you please provide a summary of the courses of action for relisting of IPhone2 common stock your firm has determined at this time and also any information you have on contact information for Mr. Greenberg. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
