Nobody knows what is coming ... I suspect not even Moaning.

All this company has is a quasi-agreement with the Gov't of Belize to buy a piece of property and its rundown buildings.

Does BLDV have the funds to close on the purchase?

Does BLDV have the necessary funds to renovate, rebuild and restore the buildings?

Does BLDV have the necessary funds to hire employees to commence any research?

Does BLDV have any funds to commence construction of a biofuel plant?

Does BLDV have ANY Funds??

And ... please don't post Mr. waight's email as an answer to all of these questions?
