As higher the price as better they can later make the R/S without a big dilution, so the management have no precipitation to doing that. If they really plan to produce in the near future and the financing of the project is processing in the moment, a lot of investors want to take profit of GSPG - so they have to buy and all-important they held and not trade the stock !
I think some bigger investors now realised, that GSPG is in a good situation to take long time profit in this project.
Hope I´m rudimentally right with my theory !
