Dear Ms. XXXXXXXXX

Blue Diamond Ventures Belize Ltd.Has not entered into an Agreement for Sale with the Government of Belize in June 2007 to purchase the property in Belize known as the "Old Lynam College" containing some 180 acrs of land and some 18 small buildings in an advanced state of disrepair, for the purposes of establishing a pilot biodiesel production facility, goat production and training.

The Agreement was never amended in January 2008 to increase the acreage to 201 acers.

No Agreement has not yet been consummated as there has been a delay (Not on the part of the Government )

It is expected that the survey work will be completed shortly and that the Sale transaction will not be completed until we see BLDV provide the required equity to preform.

Blue Diamond Ventures Belize Ltd. Is not in good standing with the Government of Belize but is not in any partnership or joint venture with the Government of Belize.
