Thanks as that was actually a great ASFX update. I'm going to go out on a limb again so hopefully I don't fall again (LOL).

I am hearing some major major things that are in the works behind the scenes with ASFX. I'm still trying to get much more confirmed before even speaking on them, but I think the huge "subliminal" hint that I think we need to see with ASFX is that they have completed 4 years worth of audited financials. You just don’t see that in the pink sheets world unless that company has some major plans. IMHO

That means to me that there is a huge merger that is in the works. There share structure is still awesome and you only need 2 years worth of audited financials to go to the OTCBB. Paying to have 4 years worth of audited financials completed means that some company of a huge magnitude needs to be absolutely sure of what they are merging into in my opinion. They are making sure that ASFX has no skeletons in their closet for 4 years back in my opinion. You just don’t complete 4 years worth of audited financials if all you planned to do was to go to the OTCBB.

This is too huge to have been ignored for this long in my opinion. Something larger must be in the works as that money would not have been spent to complete 4 years worth of audited financials for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 as could be reviewed below; to include still remaining current in your 2008 filings:

Let’s figure that on a worst case basis for thinking that maybe a little dilution had actually set in to cause the price to drop from its previous highs in the pennies. Now let’s review the volume from after the 12 Jun 08 share structure confirmation PR up until 4 Aug 08 to see that a total of 38,859,705 shares traded as can be observed below:



As a worst case scenario, one could figure that maybe 30 million of those 38,859,705 shares traded would have been sells and to figure as an even further worst case scenario, sells by the company. That would mean that the Float would have increased from 35,011,462 Shares to 65,011,462 Shares. That would have meant that the OS would have increased from 139,238,026 Shares to 169,238,026 Shares. Still, such would mean that ASFX still has an awesome share structure that has remained intact.

I'm going to go out on a limb again and say that I think ASFX will be greater than a 50 bagger for those who were fortunate enough to have picked up some shares at the .002 per share level or lower once the dust begins to clear. Sorry if it sounds like I am pumping ASFX because I am not since I have explained above why I have such strong beliefs in ASFX through logical deduction. I hope one would simply classify this post as one from a guy who simply believes in ASFX as a solid investment. I am still willing to wait this out as long as they need and see what materializes when the dust clears.
